Manufacturer’s 3-Year Limited Movement Warranty
1. Warranty Period
The watch movement is covered by a 3-year limited manufacturer’s warranty starting from the date the order is delivered.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that prevent the watch movement from operating normally under proper use. After inspection, the manufacturer may repair the movement or replace it with an equivalent movement.
3. Items Not Covered
- Watch case, crystal, crown, pushers, strap, bracelet, buckle or battery
- Scratches, discoloration, plating wear or normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by impact, drops, misuse or improper storage
- Water damage caused by use beyond the stated water-resistance rating
- Damage caused by magnetic fields, chemicals or extreme temperatures
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications or disassembly
- Lost or stolen watches
4. Warranty Claim Process
Contact qingyuke2026@gmail.com and provide your order number, product model or SKU, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video showing the issue.
Do not return the watch before receiving return instructions.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs associated with warranty inspection, repair or replacement, including any applicable customs duties or taxes.
6. Repair or Replacement
Warranty service is subject to inspection and confirmation of a covered movement defect. Any repaired or replacement movement remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
7. Statutory Rights
This limited manufacturer’s warranty does not exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable laws.
