Store and Eligibility
Trend BagVibe sells products to customers in Malaysia and Singapore. You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and be legally able to enter into a purchase contract.
Products and Orders
We aim to present product descriptions, colors, sizes and prices accurately, but display settings and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may cancel or limit an order because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure or delivery restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at checkout. Any taxes, duties or charges displayed during checkout form part of the order total. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from China to Malaysia and Singapore. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, public holidays, weather, carrier disruption or incorrect address information. Please ensure your delivery details are complete and accurate.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds, including for incorrect size selection or preference changes. Customers generally bear return shipping costs. Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear supporting photos or video. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or payment functions, scrape the website unlawfully, or use our content or trademarks without permission.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Trend BagVibe and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable laws in Malaysia or Singapore.
